Who am I?

Hi! I’m Iago, a photographer based in the mountains of Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park. My photography dates back to when I was a teenager, I picked up my first bulky canon DSLR in 2020 and I’ve never looked back since! I started off taking pictures of anything that crossed my sight, then I developed a taste for Landscape and Wildlife photography.

In 2024, I decided to study Biological Science at the University of Sheffield. Where I learnt the importance of our natural world and its systems. My course led me to science communication where my interests of capturing conservation efforts and research lie.

My aim is to show people how beautiful this world is (even if it’s only in your backyard). Every photo shown on this page has a story behind it. There is something truly amazing about capturing what you see and freezing it in time.
