Clouds are a photographer’s best friend. Nothing beats getting a mountainous shot and some really dramatic clouds to pair with it! Some people may find mist and drizzle boring, but I jump out of my seat when I see the local forests and mountains covered in mist. It can be tricky to know how to frame a photograph that includes clouds as most of the time they’re so big they simply don’t fit. I’ve found that having the clouds racing out of the frame gives the shot more interest, as it makes the observer wonder what more there was to be seen at that moment. I will forever be chasing pink and colourful clouds as they give me so much happiness when photographing them.
